CRM-Strategy and CRM-Vision provides an exciting opportunity for enterprise and Mid-size companies to improve service delivery and reduce costs by providing joined information, process automation and services efficiency by putting the customer first.  

The goal and mission of Academy4CRM is to rapidly increase awareness of CRM Processes in enterprise and build Consultations methodology to develope successful CRM business around the globe. Academy4Crm is a free membership community for sales and marketing professionals to exchange the best practices and to practice the CRM excellence.

 

The CRM Academy will provide with:

  • Understanding the pain-points

  • setup of business process automation

  • Implementation Methodologies: Build, Test, Deploy, Operate, Refine

  • Business case and CRM specifications

  • Operational excellency

  • Continous CRM Know-How transfer

The CRM Academy will provide training and guidelines which can act as a blueprint for CRM implementations for all participants, members and clients including financial services and enterprise companies. There are course materials, help, case studies, integration tools, a set of standards and much more that will be used and adapted to the needs of participants, no matter where they are on their CRM journey.

For those about to begin, the CRM Starter Kit gives valuable advice and guidance which will help the participants to become more acquainted with CRM terminologies. For others which have already started their CRM journey, the CRM Academy provides insights and knowledge which will enable know-how transfer and enhance service delivery.
